Chef de partie required for The Beaufort in the heart of Raglan, Monmouthshire.  Our menu is varied, but principally classical brasserie.  You will be working within a small but friendly team, offering the opportunity to learn and advance your skills. 

Clean drivers licence and own transport to work is required, as public transport is limited.   

You should have one year’s experience in a similar kitchen environment. 

Straight or split shifts available; 30 – 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday.  £10 per hour.
