Relish Wales Second Helping Book Launch
The owners and the Head Chef at the Beaufort are happy to be again invited to appear in this prestigious 2nd edition od original recipes from wales' finest chefs and restaurants. The first book being a complete sell out and this new collection from the likes of Shaun Hill at the Walnut Tree and other notaries throughout Wales provide a glossy illustration of the eateries as well as original recipes. the Beauforts contribution of recipes can be sampled this season on our main evening menu and copies of the book are available for Beaufort guests at reception.
