Required to join our team, offering classic and modern dishes at a high standard, willing to help develop the food offering further as well as helping to train staff to the required standard. You should have recently been working in a good quality fresh food kitchen and be able to operate effectively in the absence of the Head Chef. Needs to be up to date with kitchen administration and hygiene regulations and also used to ordering stock and training others. Would suit experienced Sous chef looking for a new challenge or a step up for a person confident in their abilities to meet what is required and ready to prove it.
